How to Use Your Rosidian N₂O Cylinder

Follow these simple steps to get the best results from your Rosidian N₂O system.

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Attach the regulator

Screw the pressure regulator securely onto the cylinder. Make sure the pressure knob is fully closed toward the – (minus) direction.

2. Fill your cream dispenser

Pour your prepared ingredients into the dispenser and securely close the lid.

Important: If you’re using the system for the first time, practice with an empty dispenser first to understand how the connection and pressure controls work.

3. Attach the adaptor

Replace the standard screw on the dispenser head with the adaptor. Tighten it securely to prevent leaks.

4. Connect the hose

Push the regulator hose connector onto the dispenser adaptor until you hear a click.

5. Add pressure gradually

Increase the pressure gradually: 5 → 10 → 15 bar. Wait until you no longer hear gas flowing before increasing to the next level.

6. Release the pressure

Turn the regulator knob toward the – (minus) direction while pressing the dispenser handle to release pressure.

7. Disconnect the hose

Pull back the movable part of the connector and remove the hose from the dispenser.

8. Shake & serve

Shake the dispenser well to distribute the gas evenly. Attach your preferred decorating nozzle, then press the handle to dispense.
